About Me

Hi! This is Amba here

I'm a physiotherapist, yoga practitioner, and lactation support specialist — and for nearly two decades, supporting families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum has been my life's work. My journey includes years of hands-on experience as a birth doula, which gives me a depth of understanding of labour and birth that goes beyond the textbook.

I guide you through every stage — from your first trimester to your recovery after birth — with practical, evidence-based preparation that actually makes a difference.

My goal is to help you feel confident in understanding your body, ready for birth, and supported through recovery after delivery. My sessions are calm, structured, and focused on real-life challenges — because preparation should bring clarity, not confusion.
